Like deep love circling the waves of gravity before a beautiful embrace, ‘In My Orbit’ is Kralingen’s first release of 2024 as he and his band look to grow in the coming years.
It is a song about two people attracted like the gravity of suns, yet giving each other the space to cultivate true love between the waves of both gravity and the ocean.
Artist Kralingen is slowly but surely building on a legacy that features such talents as Elliot Hammond from The Delta Riggs and Dope Lemon fame, brilliant composer Victor Butzelaar, and artists such as Jimmy Young from Bootleg Rascal and Sticky Fingers fame.
Kralingen is known for a uniquely gripping, moody, sensual, at times epic and above all original indie dream rock sound. Their songs are warm, mysterious, sensory experiences that draw you towards the edges of love and lovemaking, never shying away from our inner darkness and natural desires, yet always connecting deeper with the listener.
They are an Amsterdam based formation centred around singer and storytelling writer Rogier van Kralingen and supported by pianist and composer Victor Butzelaar and many other famous artists, including current and future collaborations with Sticky Fingers, DMA’s, Maria La Nova, Bootleg Rascal and Djilani.
