Rimon Releases New Single Build Me A House Alongside Colors Performance

R&B star Rimon has released a new single entitled Build Me A House featuring talented rapper Tiggs Da Author. Alongside the recent release, the song is accompanied by a thoughtful music video and live performance at Colors. 

This being Rimons second performance at Color Studios, she is taking the R&B world by storm with latest release Build Me A House. The song itself is full of fast-paced verses with contrasting emotional choruses. Rimon elegantly showcases her smooth vocal which guides the song throughout its changes. 

Rimon is able to tell a story throughout this song, with the lyrics discussing the trauma that is caused from coming from a broken home and how it has affected her adult life. The search for that continuing unsettled feeling and never feeling settled in a home is a unique but relatable topic. 

The visuals to the song match the same thoughtfulness and quality of her music. “Build Me A House” music video conveys a gripping narrative, with the video following Rimon walk around destruction as she removes her clothing until she is completely naked. Her naked body is designed to portray a deeper meaning such as freedom or peace. Inspired by Erykah Badu, the video is artistically purposeful and storytelling support of the song itself. 

Rimon has just finished touring as a support act for the talented recording artist Giveon on his North American ”Give or Take’ tour. Full of releases, 2022 has seen Rimon release her hit single “20/20” taken from last year’s EP “Digital Tears”.
